What is an MP3 player???

Mp3 players are just like normal CD players, they play Cd's and copied CD's but the also play CD's that are in MP3 format. When a CD is created from the computer it usually has to be changed to wave format. Writing a CD in MP3 format (a more compressed form of data) allows you to write 150-200 songs per CD and the artist and track name will scroll across the display of the MP3 player while playing. The MP3 player allows you to directly track to any track on the CD and also search for tracks through entering the track name or key words. The concept is to put all your music on to one CD and leave it in the player, ending all scratched CD problems!

What is USB/SD port???

When a stereo has a USB or SD port it allows memory storage devices to be plugged directly into the front of the unit. When using a flash drive USB memory device you simply plug the unit into the front of the stereo. When you do this the music and track information is transferred through your stereo and you can control the tracks via the stereos controls. When using USB or SD cards there is no chance of skipping as it transfers the digital data directly to your unit
